GRADUATE STUDENT SUPERVISION (PRACTICUM/INTERNSHIP)

As a clinical supervisor working with graduate students in counseling, I use the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM) to guide and support your professional growth. This model recognizes that counselors develop in stages, and it allows us to tailor supervision to your evolving needs, strengths, and challenges. Whether you're just beginning to build your confidence or stepping into more complex clinical work, IDM provides a structured yet flexible framework that adapts as you gain experience and insight. Through reflective dialogue, skill-building, and supportive feedback, we'll work together to help you grow into a thoughtful, competent, and authentic clinician.

Areas of focus in supervision include:

  • Interventions/Skills Competence,

  • Assessment of Clients,

  • Interpersonal Assessment-Use of Self,

  • Case Conceptualization,

  • Diversity,

  • Theory,

  • Treatment Planning/Goals/Documentation, and

  • Professional Ethics/Development

There is no fee for supervision for graduate students doing their practicum/internship with me.
